Export Credits are used only when follower records are successfully exported (1 Credit per 10 rows). Instagram may limit follower-list visibility for some profiles, and rows that cannot be delivered do not use your Credits.

Tracking Credits are occupied by the combined current follower count of your actively monitored profiles (10 followers per Credit) and released when you stop tracking a profile. They are not spent per snapshot. Manual identity-level refreshes are available at least 24 hours apart.

A new follower-list export uses Export Credits only for rows successfully delivered (1 Credit per 10 rows). Completed CSV files can be downloaded again during their availability window without using more Credits.
Tracking Credits are occupied by the combined current follower counts of your active tracked profiles (1 Credit per 10 followers) and released when you stop tracking a profile. Tracking the same profile in both tracker tools never occupies capacity twice.
Export gives you a follower list and CSV for a one-time research task. Tracking monitors supported public profiles over time with paid plans for identity-level unfollower comparison and CSV results.
One Tracking plan covers both Follower Tracker and Unfollower Tracker. Your Tracking Credits are shared across both tools and equal the sum of the current follower counts for your unique active tracked profiles (1 Credit per 10 followers). Rechecking the same profile, or using it in both tools, does not occupy the capacity a second time. Tracking Credits are released when you stop tracking a profile.
Paid identity-level checks use complete follower snapshots and have a minimum manual refresh interval of 24 hours. Weekly comparisons are a practical cadence, but checks are not automatically scheduled.
Identity-level tracking requires a complete follower snapshot, so time and data cost grow with profile size. The current per-profile safety capability is 10,000 followers, and Instagram may still limit follower-list availability for some supported public profiles.
Yes. Export plans create follower-list CSV files. Paid Tracking plans can create CSV files for available identity-level unfollower results. Export Credits and Tracking Credits are separate entitlements and cannot be exchanged.
Tracking Credits are not a monthly pool of consumable rows, so rollover does not apply. They represent the combined follower count of active tracked profiles and are released when you stop tracking. Export Credits follow the terms shown on their plan cards.
No. IG Follower Exporter does not require an Instagram login or password for supported public profiles. Purchase recovery uses your verified payment email separately from Instagram.
