Tracking Credits are occupied by the combined current follower count of your actively monitored profiles (10 followers per Credit) and released when you stop tracking a profile. They are not spent per snapshot. Manual identity-level refreshes are available at least 24 hours apart.

Do I need their password or Instagram login?
No. The tracker uses publicly available profile information and never asks for an Instagram password or account login.
Does the tracker work for private accounts?
The tracker currently supports public Instagram accounts only.
Can I track more than one Instagram account?
Yes with a paid Tracking plan. You can track multiple public Instagram accounts and view each account's follower-count history.
Can I export the follower tracker data?
Yes. Paid Tracking users can export snapshot history to CSV, including date, follower count, following count and post count.
Why don't I see unfollowers after my first check?
A single profile snapshot only records the account's current follower count. Identifying individual unfollowers requires the separate Unfollower Tracker and two complete follower-list snapshots from different points in time.
